Within this privacy policy we will inform you how your personal data will be processed and handled by optile. We take the protection of personal data very seriously. You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. 5.1  The input data will only be used for the purpose mentioned above and for which you have submitted.

An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

6.1 You can request report on your stored data as well as request to adjust or delete your personal data at any time by email:

An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

6.2 We will retain the data you provide until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains. If you do not revoke your application, your data remains stored for up to six (6) months after the end of the application process.
